VMEasy is a fast and simple to use browser based visitor management system.
To create a visitor entry all you need do is enter the Visitor’s Name,
Company Name and Host (who they are visiting) or other reason for visit.
Select a badge template, e.g. visitor, contractor. For increased security,
you can add a photo of your visitor to the badge layout.
Then click ‘OK’ and print out the badge. It is that quick and easy.
An email is automatically sent to the host to let them know their visitor has arrived.
The Receptionist then has a live database of all visitors currently on site.
When they leave, simply click on the ‘Book Out’ button to update the database.

VMPro is a locally installed visitor management software system.
It has evolved over several years and is now recognised as a leading product in the visitor management industry,
with over 500 active customers on board from major multisite corporate organisations to schools of all sizes.
VMPro offers a wide capability; not only managing your visitor through flow but also enabling you to create Staff
and Contractor ID cards produced either via the DSMulticardSecure inkjet printable ID Cards or a dedicated plastic card printer.
VMPro has a built in badge designer function, enabling you to customise the print templates for all the standard badge types
as well as creating your own. Management reports can be generated via the powerful customer-reporting module providing key
information on visitor, contractor and staff time attendance. Mailing letters and labels can also be printed.
In larger organisations, VMPro is often used by management to administer the system,
whilst VMEasy is made available to all staff via the corporate intranet so they can pre-book visitors.
Reception/Security also has access to VMEasy to manage day-to-day visitor admission.
